		<description>I am a relatively new hire going through the MOR posting process, I can agree that the situation is stressful - and talk about the timing - but still, I joined the organisation knowing that it is lagging behind the other majors in cost performance... What can you expect? It seems very clear how we create some quick wins to compete and send a positive message to Wall and Bond Street.  What I have been surprised to see is how the packages have been structured - rather generous, from my humble perspective.
